    1. Hi, Kathi! For security reasons, we strongly discourage texting your Visa. Stripe is simply the name of the company who process the credit card payments for us, just like at a retail store. You can use another one of your own temporarily, if you want to keep it a surprise, and she can update her contact info once you’ve gifted the membership–or you can use her email address right away, and she’ll receive every email as the subscription goes live. Do I enter her email address or mine, I don’t want her to get a copy of the receipt or anything like that also do I put her mailing address or mine? Sorry for the silly questions but I just want things to go smoothly for her.

There is an option as you check out to register from Canada rather than the US–if your billing address is in Canada, even if the card is a US card, you’ll need to select Canada as your country and use your local address to check out.       1. I’m still being frustrated. I have done what you said from the beginning but it’s not working. My account is set up. I have chosen Canada from drop down menu when paying. I’ve put in my postal code. I check pay with credit card and as soon as I start typing in my credit card number “zip” appears next to the “CVC.”
        I don’t know what else to try.

When I ask for my password to be reset, I get message saying you set me a message to my e-mail, but I never received the email. I have tried several times. I have check my junk mail and there is nothing there. Please help. Thank-you.
