Hi, Pam! “Stripe” is the name of the credit card processor. You can use your card as you normally would, easy peasy! 🙂
When I select member sign in above and I log in, it takes me to the 2023 site. Then I back arrow to this page and the fields have not been automatically filled in.
Wait, now it’s there!!! Never mind! However I am not Jennifer Irvin. She is my husband’s daughter and gave me this gift in 2022. I correctly receive all emails etc. in my name. This is the only place it still shows her name.
I see no way to pay with my credit card. Where do you input your number? I have checked “pay with a credit card” but nothing comes up to put your information . ?????

Hi Leslie! There IS a field for your payment information, but some screens can make it appear “faded”–we’ve also heard from a handful of users that their browser has made the payment field difficult to view. Will you try a different web browser, instead? Chrome always works best! If you continue to have trouble, let us know, and we will be happy to send you a manual invoice, instead. 🙂
