Every member has a unique username for logging on to their account with the Murder Mystery Quilt.  If you're purchasing a membership for a new member who hasn't used our site before, they'll need an account of their own; to keep this a surprise, you can create the account with their NAME but your EMAIL address, and we won't make a peep until after the gift is given!  They can update their email address at any time once they've been delighted by your surprise.

Sure!  But it won't be a surprise.  Memberships purchased under an existing username will be immediately visible the next time the member logs on, and they'll instantly begin receiving emails from the 2021 group--so if you'd like to make your gift a surprise, be sure to use our GIFT OPTIONS rather than logging on under the member's current account.

Great!  We're SO excited that many of our members come back year after year.  Purchases of gifts for existing members will receive (1) a blank printable gift certificate immediately after purchase, just in case you're doing last-minute gift shopping and (2) a unique "coupon" code sent to you via email within 24 hours that they can use to log on and register under their own username.  This will add the 2021 membership to their account as your gift, but keep it a surprise until you're ready!

Members with gift subscriptions may cancel within the first 30 days for a pro-rated refund.  All refunds are returned to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, and cannot be returned as cash to the gift recipient.
